Today I show you How to make the Ramos Gin Fizz the way I like it. Without a freezer or a straw, just a great cocktail, and some mustache. Ramos Gin Fizz is known among bartenders as one of the cocktails that take the most effort to make and also a cocktail where bartenders can really flex with the tower of foam. But taste and texture should be your priority number.
Ramos Gin Fizz
● 60 ml (2 oz) gin
● 22,5 ml (0.75 oz) vanilla syrup
● 15 ml (0.5 oz) lemon
● 15 ml (0.5 oz) lime
● 4 drops orange blossom water
● 22,5 ml (0.75 oz) cream
● 1 egg white
● soda
Add ice and shake all ingredients (except soda water) for at least 30 seconds. Discard the ice and shake again. Pour 30 ml (1 oz) of soda water into a frosted glass and top with the cocktail. Leave the foam to settle for a bit before slowly adding more soda water to rise the foam over the rim of the glass.
