Martinez cocktail made with the father of gin - genever, which was a gift from one of the first Cocktail Time with Kevin Kos fans, Arnold from Barack’51. It's a beautiful genever and it goes nicely in this Martinez Cocktail
Martinez Cocktail
• 60 ml Genever, Barak’51
• 30 ml sweet vermouth
• 1 barspoon Maraschino liqueur
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Orange bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a well-chilled mixing glass, add ice and stir. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
